Wieża Kontroli Lotów powstała w latach 50. bądź 60. i służyła do
kontroli ruchu lotniczego dawnego lotniska wojskowego Warszawa-Babice.
dziecięcy, a w późniejszym okresie budynek dawnej wieży kontroli lotów
był siedzibą jednego z oddziałów terenowych Wojskowej Agencji
Mieszkaniowej. W 2017 r. budynek został wpisany do Gminnej Ewidencji
Zabytków.
The Flight Control Tower was built in the 1950s or 1960s and was used to
control the air traffic of the former Warsaw-Babice military airport.
It functioned until the 1970s, when the tower ceased to fulfill its
function after cutting the area of the Bemowo airport and has been
deteriorating since then. Since the declassification of the airport, its
grounds have been developed into a new housing estate. In the 90s, an
animal clinic and a children's theater were to operate here, and later
the building of the former air traffic control tower was the seat of one
of the local branches of the Military Housing Agency. In 2017, the
building was entered into the Municipal Heritage Register.
