馃嚨馃嚤 Pa艂ac zosta艂 zbudowany w latach 1866-1878. Inicjatorem budowy by艂 hrabia J贸zef Zamoyski, osoba wszechstronnie wykszta艂cona i zas艂u偶ona dla Polski. Hrabia by艂 wsp贸艂autorem „Encyklopedii Rolnictwa”, wsp贸艂za艂o偶ycielem Warszawskiego Towarzystwa Kredytowego oraz organizatorem Towarzystwa Przemys艂owego Lilpop, Rau i Loewenstein. W swoim folwarku upowszechnia艂 zasady higieny i wprowadzi艂 wiele przywilej贸w socjalnych dla robotnik贸w folwarcznych. Dodatkowo hrabia Zamoyski za艂o偶y艂 szko艂臋 zawodow膮 o profilu handlowo-rolniczym dla syn贸w wywodz膮cych si臋 z ubogiej szlachty. Projektantem pa艂acu by艂 znany w Warszawie w艂oski architekt Leandro Marconi, kt贸ry m.in. zaprojektowa艂 gmach Banku Handlowego w Warszawie i siedzib臋 Stowarzyszenia Architekt贸w Polskich. Centrum parku stanowi艂o niewielkie jeziorko s艂u偶膮ce latem jako miejsce do p艂ywania 艂贸dk膮, a zim膮 – jako lodowisko. Rezydencja i jej przyleg艂o艣ci pozosta艂y w r臋kach Zamoyskich do czasu wybuchu II wojny 艣wiatowej. W trakcie wojny pa艂ac zajmowa艂a niemiecka 偶andarmeria. 22 wrze艣nia 1939 r. z tarasu pa艂acu do 偶o艂nierzy niemieckich przemawia艂 Adolf Hitler. W 1944 r. z kolei mie艣ci艂 si臋 tu radziecki szpital polowy. W pa艂acu powsta艂a Szko艂a Administracji Handlowej, p贸藕niej przekszta艂cona w zawodow膮 szko艂臋 Ministerstwa Przemys艂u Drobnego i Rzemios艂a. 26 wrze艣nia 1967 r. pa艂ac zosta艂 wpisany do rejestru zabytk贸w. W 1977 r. ponownie przekszta艂cono szko艂臋 zawodow膮, tym razem w Zesp贸艂 Szk贸艂 Zawodowych. Domy robotnik贸w folwarcznych i rz膮dcy z kolei sta艂y si臋 w艂asno艣ci膮 lokalnej gminy.
The palace was built in the years 1866-1878. The initiator of the construction was Count J贸zef Zamoyski, a person who was comprehensively educated and distinguished for Poland. The count was a co-author of the "Encyclopaedia of Agriculture", co-founder of the Warsaw Credit Society and organizer of the Lilpop, Rau and Loewenstein Industrial Society. In his farm, he popularized the principles of hygiene and introduced many social privileges for farm workers. In addition, Count Zamoyski founded a vocational school with a trade and agricultural profile for the sons of the poor nobility. The designer of the palace was the Italian architect Leandro Marconi, well-known in Warsaw, who he designed the building of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw and the headquarters of the Association of Polish Architects. The building was probably erected in the place of the former manor or on its foundations. Since the residence was supposed to resemble an Italian villa, it was designed in the Neo-Renaissance style, and the area around it was developed into a landscape park. The center of the park was a small lake serving as a place for boating in the summer and as an ice rink in the winter. The residence and its surroundings remained in the hands of the Zamoyski family until the outbreak of World War II. During the war, the palace was occupied by the German gendarmerie. On September 22, 1939, Adolf Hitler spoke from the terrace of the palace to German soldiers. In 1944, a Soviet field hospital was located here. Although the palace survived the Second World War, after the war numerous alterations were introduced, which resulted in the loss of the features of the Neo-Renaissance style. After 1945, as a result of the agricultural reform, the Zamoyski property was transferred to the Commune National Council, and later, by way of parcelling, the property was divided into several parts, managed by different owners. The School of Commercial Administration was established in the palace, later transformed into a vocational school of the Ministry of Small Industry and Crafts. On September 26, 1967, the palace was entered into the register of monuments. In 1977, the vocational school was transformed again, this time into the Complex of Vocational Schools. The houses of the farm workers and the steward, in turn, became the property of the local commune. On October 2, 2017, the Zamoyski Palace was purchased for PLN 2 million 11 thousand, and there are plans to create permanent historical exhibitions dedicated to the Zamoyski family within its walls.
