Fort V Twierdzy Modlin

馃嚨馃嚤 Fort V stanowi艂 cz臋艣膰 umocnie艅 pier艣cienia wewn臋trznego Twierdzy Modlin. Zosta艂 on zbudowany w latach 80. XIX w. Budowa by艂a wzorowana na rosyjskim projekcie fortu ceglanego F1879. Tak samo jak pozosta艂e fortyfikacje tego typu przechodzi艂 on wielokrotne modernizacje. Poniewa偶 koniec budowy fortu V zbiega艂 si臋 w czasie z wynalezieniem nowych 艂adunk贸w burz膮cych i ceg艂a okazywa艂a si臋 by膰 s艂aba wobec nowej si艂y ognia, postanowiono umocnienia ceglane zast膮pi膰 betonowymi i stalowymi. Po 1894 r. rozpocz臋to modernizacj臋 fortu. W jej trakcie zast膮piono najwa偶niejsze obiekty bojowe z ceg艂y umocnieniami betonowymi lub stropy cz臋艣ci fortyfikacji wzmocniono betonem. W miejsce zlikwidowanego kojca czo艂owego wybudowano kaponier臋 przeciwskarpow膮 po艂膮czon膮 z koszarami poprzez poprowadzon膮 pod fos膮 potern臋. Kojce skarpowe zosta艂y przebudowane na obiekty betonowe i po艂膮czone z centraln膮 potern膮. Stropy tuneli podziemnych wzmocniono belkami 艂ukowymi ze stali, a na barkach mia艂y powsta膰 pancerne stanowiska obserwacyjne. Jednak przed 1915 r. nie uko艅czono pe艂nej przebudowy fortu. Prawdopodobnie w trakcie I wojny 艣wiatowej Rosjanie podczas odwrotu wysadzili w powietrze cz臋艣膰 umocnie艅.

馃嚞馃嚙 Fort V was part of the fortifications of the savings ring of the Modlin Fortress. It was built in the 1880s. The construction was modeled on the Russian design of the brick fort F1879. Just like other fortifications of this type, it underwent multiple modernizations. Since the end of the construction of Fort V coincided with the placement of new demolition charges and the brick turned out to be weak, weak new energy, it was decided to strengthen the brick, consumables and steel. After 1894, the modernization of the fort began. During the impression phase, the best combat features in terms of concrete reinforcements or ceilings of parts of the fortifications were reinforced with concrete. In place of the decommissioned front pen, it is secured with an anti-scarp caponier connected to the barracks through a postern under the moat. The slope pens were rebuilt into concrete structures and connected to the central postern. The ceilings of the underground tunnels were reinforced with steel arched beams, and an armored observation post was to be built on the shoulders. However, before 1915, the full reconstruction of the fort was not completed. Probably during World War I, the Russians blew up the fortifications during the retreat.
