Opuszczona Fabryka Dom贸w

馃嚨馃嚤 Fabryka Dom贸w powsta艂a w latach 50. XX w. Jej teren zajmuje 艂膮czn膮 powierzchni臋 oko艂o 40 hektar贸w. Tam produkowano prefabrykaty z „wielkiej p艂yty”, czyli gotowe elementy 艣cian i sufit贸w budynk贸w mieszkalnych. Mia艂y tam planowo powsta膰 m.in. hala sportowo-widowiskowa na 3 tys. os贸b, o艣rodek kultury, centrum nauki j臋zyk贸w obcych, szpital, przychodnie, szko艂a, bulwar i galeria handlowa. Realizacja projektu mia艂a kosztowa膰 300 milion贸w euro, a termin uko艅czenia inwestycji przewidywano na 2016 r. Ostatecznie inwestycja nie zosta艂a zrealizowana m.in. z powodu problem贸w w艂asno艣ciowych. Od wielu lat by艂a planowana rozbi贸rka fabryki, jednak z r贸偶nych przyczyn, g艂贸wnie natury finansowej, nie dosz艂o to do skutku i obecnie ten teren pozostaje opuszczony.

The House Factory was established in the 1950s. Its area covers a total area of approximately 40 hectares. There, prefabricated elements of "large panels", i.e. ready-made wall and ceiling elements of residential buildings, were produced. This type of technology made it possible to shorten the construction time of flats in Warsaw, which was important due to the growing demand for flats in the post-war period. The plant was closed in the early 1990s, when people began to move away from the "big slab" in favor of new technologies and construction solutions. In 2008, it was planned to start the construction of the K臋pa Iberyjska estate, designed by Spanish architects from the Eddea Arquitectos company, on the site of the former factory. The project envisaged, first of all, the creation of green areas and the development of an open space for places of social activity, and in the longer term - the construction of an estate for 10-15 thousand residents. There were planned to be built, among others sports and entertainment hall for 3 thousand. people, cultural center, language learning center, hospital, clinics, school, boulevard and shopping mall. The project was to cost 300 million euros, and the investment completion date was scheduled for 2016. Ultimately, the investment was not implemented, among others. because of ownership problems. The demolition of the factory has been planned for many years, but for various reasons, mainly financial ones, it did not take place and now the area remains abandoned.
