Opuszczony ośrodek dla pracowników ambasady Rosji

🇵🇱 Dziś zwiedzimy opuszczony kompleks wypoczynkowo-rekreacyjny położony w malowniczej scenerii, nad wodą i w lesie. Powstał on w latach 80. Pierwotnie służył jako miejsce rekreacji dla pracowników ambasady ZSRR, a po rozpadzie sowieckiego imperium w 1991 r. - Federacji Rosyjskiej. Kompleks ów składał się z dwóch jednopiętrowych budynków hotelowych, dwóch willi, ośmiu drewnianych domków letniskowych, punktu medycznego, boiska i placu zabaw. Rosjanie płacili miesięcznie 12 tysięcy złotych za wynajem terenu. W połowie kwietnia tego roku, w związku z napaścią zbrojną Rosji na Ukrainę, Lasy Państwowe zerwały umowę i wezwały stronę rosyjską do oddania nieruchomości. Ponieważ w ramach sankcji Rosjanie mieli zablokowane konta i płatności, przestali płacić czynsz, jednak jeszcze przed wybuchem wojny pomimo stabilności finansowej stwarzali problemy z regularnymi opłatami. Pod koniec maja rosyjski ambasador odmówił wydania tego terenu na własność Polski, w związku z tym pomimo planów zagospodarowania tego kompleksu pozostaje on wciąż w rękach Moskwy. W momencie odwiedzenia tego ośrodka był on miejscami bardzo dobrze zachowany, tak jakby przed chwilą został opuszczony.

🇬🇧 Today we will visit an abandoned leisure and recreation complex situated in a picturesque scenery, by the water and in the forest. It was established in the 1980s. Originally, it served as a recreation place for the employees of the USSR embassy, ​​and after the collapse of the Soviet empire in 1991 - the Russian Federation. The complex consisted of two single-story hotel buildings, two villas, eight wooden summer houses, a medical point, a playground and a playground. The Russians paid 12,000 zlotys a month for renting the site. In mid-April this year, in connection with Russia's armed attack on Ukraine, the State Forests broke the contract and called on the Russian side to hand over the property. Due to the sanctions the Russians had their accounts and payments blocked, they stopped paying the rent, but even before the outbreak of the war, despite their financial stability, they created problems with regular payments. At the end of May, the Russian ambassador refused to hand over this area to Poland, therefore, despite the plans for the development of this complex, it remains in the hands of Moscow. At the time of visiting this center, it was in places very well preserved, as if it had been abandoned a moment ago.
