馃嚨馃嚤 Pa艂ac, kt贸rego ruiny dzi艣 zwiedzimy, powsta艂 ok. 1780 r. Jako miejsce wybrano klimatyczne, malownicze wzg贸rze nad rzek膮 Narwi膮 w miejscowo艣ci G贸ra. Miejscowo艣膰 ta by艂a po 1773 r., wraz z dobrami nowodworskimi, w艂asno艣ci膮 ksi臋cia Stanis艂awa Poniatowskiego. Prawdopodobnie projektantem budowy pa艂acu by艂 Stanis艂aw Zawadzki, a za ozdobienie wn臋trz polichromi膮 odpowiada艂 Szymon Ma艅kowski. Pa艂ac by艂 zaprojektowany na planie prostok膮ta. Po艣rodku znajdowa艂a si臋 o艣mioboczna, reprezentacyjna sala balowa na dwie kondygnacje. Na pi臋trze znajdowa艂y si臋 pomieszczenia mieszkalne. Do pa艂acu wiod艂a pi臋kna, lipowa aleja. Dobra te wielokrotnie zmienia艂y w艂a艣cicieli na przestrzeni nast臋pnych dekad. W 1933 r. Ministerstwo Wyzna艅 Religijnych i O艣wiecenia Publicznego otworzy艂o tu 偶e艅sk膮 szko艂臋 rolnicz膮. Podczas II wojny 艣wiatowej szko艂a zaprzesta艂a dzia艂alno艣ci, a sam budynek dawnego pa艂acu zosta艂 powa偶nie uszkodzony. Po 1945 r. teren przej膮艂 Zak艂ad Do艣wiadczalny Polskiej Akademii Nauk. Wraz z okresem powojennym zacz臋艂a si臋 stopniowa dewastacja i rozbi贸rka pozosta艂o艣ci dawnego pa艂acu. I tak po dzi艣 dzie艅 wygl膮daj膮 smutnie, cho膰 klimatycznie w ka偶d膮 por臋 roku ruiny dawnego 艣wiadectwa historii.
馃嚞馃嚙 The palace, the ruins of which we will visit today, was built around 1780. The place was chosen for the climatic, picturesque hill on the Narew River in G贸ra. After 1773, the town was owned by Prince Stanis艂aw Poniatowski along with the Nowy Dw贸r estate. Probably the designer of the palace's construction was Stanis艂aw Zawadzki, and Szymon Ma艅kowski was responsible for decorating the interior with polychrome. The palace was designed on a rectangular plan. In the center there was an octagonal, representative ballroom on two floors. There were living quarters on the first floor. A beautiful linden alley led to the palace. From the windows there was a panoramic view of the Narew river valley. The building was used by the Poniatowski family until 1795, when Ludwik Szymon Gutakowski became its owner, followed by his sisters, wives and brother. These properties changed owners many times over the following decades. In 1933, the Ministry of Religious Denominations and Public Education opened a female agricultural school here. During World War II, the school ceased operation and the building of the former palace itself was badly damaged. After 1945, the area was taken over by the Experimental Station of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Along with the post-war period, gradual devastation and demolition of the remains of the former palace began. And so to this day, the ruins of the old testimony of history look sad, although climatic in each season of the year.
